Our Shipping Policy

At South Beach Tan & Travel we pride ourselves on our superior customer service. We strive to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment. We do request however that you allow two to four business days for production during the peak holiday seasons of Valentine's Day, Easter, Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Please place any large orders early enough to allow for production and shipping to take place within this time frame.

Shipping Information:

FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and R.R. #'s.
We recommend that all orders be sent to a business address when possible.  In addition, all orders REQUIRE the recipient’s telephone number to allow for address verification.

If a parcel is lost or misdirected due to an incorrect recipient address, additional shipping charges will be applied to your balance. PLEASE NOTE-FedEx charges a $7.50 address correction fee for ANY errors in the provided address. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESSES CAREFULLY as these charges will be applied to your credit card if FedEx notifies us.

FedEx Ground Services will be used to ship your item(s).  Delivery times for FedEx Ground service are within 7 business days, but are also estimates only and do not reflect remote areas.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated by obtaining a real-time rate quote from FedEx. The rate obtained is the rate charged with no additional fee added.

The rate we receive from FedEx is the same rate you would receive if you enter our postal code (R3P 2M6) and the recipient's postal code at www.fedex.ca. The dimensions and weight of the package will vary depending on the number of items selected. The rate quote requires our postal code, the recipient's postal code and the dimensions/weight of the package.  Once we have this information, we will then be able to provide the actual cost of shipping. 

You will receive an email from Pay Pal, which will inform you of the shipping charges.  You will then be asked to accept these charges and we can then proceed with shipping your order.
